We were delighted to welcome a delegation from Kenya to the EdTrust office in Tunisia — a visit that brought together our partners from GAK Advisory, alongside representatives from Konza Technopolis and FIE Labs.
It was a moment we had been working toward: the people who had been our allies on the ground in Nairobi, in our own space, meeting our team and seeing up close what EdTrust is building.
A Day of Conversations and Demonstrations
During the visit, we walked the delegation through our platform — from school admissions and attendance to AI-powered teaching tools and parent communication. We shared our approach to digitising schools, our philosophy around simplicity and trust, and the story of how EdTrust has grown to serve more than 200 educational institutions in Tunisia.
The conversations that followed were some of the most energising we have had. Hearing Kenyan partners engage directly with our product — asking questions rooted in the realities of their schools, their parents, their infrastructure — was a powerful reminder of why building for Africa matters.
More Than a Visit
This was not a formal delegation in the traditional sense. It was a gathering of people who share a common conviction: that schools in Africa deserve modern, connected, intelligent tools — and that Tunisia and Kenya can build something meaningful together.
Partnerships are built on trust, and trust is built in rooms like this one. We are grateful for every person who made the journey.
